Wheat is a grass widely cultivated for
its seed, a cereal grain which is a worldwide staple food. The many species of

vitamin B, and vitamin E. It is abundant in antioxidants, especially in
carotenoids such as beta-carotene. It is primarily used for baking products
such as bread, bagels, cakes, and muffins.
