3 DIMENSIONS OF GRACE YOU NEED
Grace does not consult with your background to give you a place in the forefront. If backgrounds were indispensable factors for greatness and Heavenly placements, then the Biblical orphan Esther Abihail (Esther 2:15) would have stood no chance of coming close to the palace how much more become a queen raised for the salvation of God's people. Also, Gideon would have existed and died without a voice after all his family "was poor and he was the least in his father's house" (Judges 6:15). Poverty and/or a lowly and perhaps despised background is not an excuse not to be available and usable for God. But until a man embraces the dimensions of grace his life cannot open up to the flow of spiritual virtues that produce eternal values which make a life to count for God in destiny and eternity.
What then are the dimensions of grace?
Firstly, there is a Saving Grace that brings salvation (Titus 2:11). A man must embrace this and become saved (Born Again).
Secondly, there is the Sustaining Grace that sustains a man in holiness and keeps him Heaven-bound. It is this grace that makes a man's life pleasing to God. Jesus brought grace (John 1:17), and He also operated by grace (2 Cor. 8:9a)...it was this dimension of Sustaining Grace that made His life pleasing to God (Matt. 3:17). It will make our lives pleasing to God (Romans 12:1).
When this grace is at work, then a man is qualified to benefit from the third (3rd) dimension of grace; it is called Excelling Grace which makes a man to excel and be above in the fulfilment of God's purpose in life before the rapture. Daniel accessed Excelling Grace (Dan. 6:1-3). Paul possessed Excelling Grace (1 Cor. 15:9-10). Of course, our Saviour Jesus did while on earth...and you and I can also access God's provision of Excelling Grace for destiny fulfilment in life and ministry.
Friend, which dimension of grace do you need in your life? Remember, if you have not embraced the Saving Grace (meaning you are not yet genuinely Born Again), and you have not embraced the Sustaining Grace (to make you live holy and pleasing to God with consistent and progressive spiritual growth), then you are not a candidate for God's Excelling Grace. First things first (Matthew 6:33).
